THE FIRST BOYZ COOK-OFF
Saturday was going to be the first annual cook-off, but it was such a hit, we can't wait that long! Bryan, Jeff, Luke, and JD prepared their own amazing grilled hamburger recipes and the ladies (Drea, Kami, Megan, and I) judged the final product. We were all so impressed with the quality and flavor of the creations. Bryan came up with an ever-so-inventive spicey orange with havardi burger which was amazingly scrumptious. Against his will, Jeff grilled up a south of the border inspired burger with a grilled pepper loved by all. Luke concocted a yummy mustardy sauce that tasted delicious with the bacon and cheese he added to his burger. And JD, who was the overall winner of the event, wowed the judges with the presentation of his perfectly grilled meat topped with avocado, tomato, and jalapeno on a wheat bun.
We all had so much fun! Thanks for hosting, Stevens'! 'Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with next time!
